The schools in Nybro municipality aim to provide every child and student with the best conditions for success. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As educational staff at Paradisskolan grades 7-9, you will be an important player in the school's development and goal fulfillment. The main focus in the role of special/resource teacher is to work together with the subject teachers in the team (primarily in the subjects of mathematics/English/Swedish) and the school's other special teachers/special educators to customize the support that should be provided to students in different teaching situations. Your work as a special/resource teacher means that you teach students both in whole classes and in smaller groups or individually.

We also expect you to take an active role in the school's development work and drive the areas for improvement that Paradisskolan has chosen to focus on this academic year. There may be opportunities for the temporary position to be extended.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are primarily looking for someone who is a trained special teacher/special educator or a trained primary school teacher with broad subject competence. Experience in similar tasks is an advantage.

You have a strong interest in students' development and learning. As a person, you are goal-oriented and easily collaborate, but you also enjoy taking your own initiatives. You are attentive, have good communication skills, and enjoy thinking innovatively.
